Refund Policy

The prices are quoted in USD values and include credit card transaction charges. If Client cancels or withdraws any portion of the translation – for any reason – prior to eWorld Translations having begun performance of service(s), Client will be entitled to a complete and immediate refund of the applicable fees. Refund shall be issued via check by mail or credit card refund according to the manner of payment received from Client at the time the order was confirmed.

Return Policy

Given the very nature of the services rendered by eWorld Translations returns are not possible.

Cancellation or Withdrawal by Client

If Client cancels or withdraws any portion of the translation or any other service offered by eWorld Translations prior to eWorld Translations’ completion of the service(s), then, in consideration of eWorld Translations’ scheduling and/or performing said service(s) Client shall pay eWorld Translations the portion of the service cost which will be equivalent to the percentage of total service(s) performed.

Delivery and Shipping Policy

eWorld Translations will provide translation services of a variety of documents, materials and files provided in either hard copies (mail or fax), electronic copies (e-mail, web-server transfers, etc.). eWorld Translations will make every effort to complete translation of each document by the prearranged date(s) but shall not be responsible for damages or delays in completion caused by events beyond eWorld Translations and its translator’s control including but not limited to acts of nature, requests for changes and/or additions by client, formatting errors by client, program incompatibility, security protocols causing delays, custom coding, and delays caused by client’s programs failing to properly deliver or accept the document in proper format.

Electronic (email, web-server) relays, Facsimile, US mail, Express parcel delivery.

Format of Delivery

Formats of delivery can be arranged with eWorld Translations and will be based on each client’s requirements and needs.


eWorld Translations warrants that (a) it will use reasonable best efforts in the performance of its services; (b) that the services and deliverables will be of professional quality exceeding or conforming to generally accepted best professional practices which are standard for first class translators within eWorld Translations’ industry; (c) that performance of the services does not and will not violate any applicable law, rule, or regulation; (d) the deliverables will conform to all specifications and/or acceptance criteria therefore set forth in the applicable documentation supplied to eWorld Translations.

If any services performed or deliverables provided by eWorld Translations hereunder are determined by Client to be inaccurate or defective or otherwise not in accordance with the requirements of the applicable documentation supplied by Client, eWorld Translations agrees to correct such services or deliverables without charge to Client within a reasonable period of time after receiving notice thereof.

Payment Policy

Fees and costs may vary depending on the complexity, volume and required Client’s turnaround time. Client agrees to pay eWorld Translations’ fees in accordance with the fee and terms of payment presented to Client at the onset of the engagement

Any payments for fees or costs not received by eWorld Translations according to the terms of the agreement will be deemed late and shall be subject to a 5 % per month late charge. Client agrees to be responsible for eWorld Translations’ in collecting late payments due from Client, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.

Client’s Review of Translation

Upon receipt of the translation from eWorld Translations, Client shall promptly review it, and within 5 (five) business days after receipt shall notify eWorld Translations of any requested corrections or changes. eWorld Translations shall correct, at no cost to Client, any errors made by eWorld Translations.

Changes by Others

eWorld Translations shall have no responsibility whatever as to any changes in the translation made by parties other than eWorld Translations.

Privacy and Confidentiality Policies

eWorld Translations and its suppliers pledge that the information you supply will not be shared with any outside party without your expressed consent (does not include fraud cases). As a part of our service agreement, eWorld Translations agrees not to engage in spam. At any time you can require your personal data to be deleted from eWorld Translations records, by sending a simple written request which may be done via e-mail.

All knowledge and information provided by Client for translation or any other service offered by eWorld Translations and its suppliers shall be considered confidential including information regarding the business and products of Client and all such information will be held strictly confidential by eWorld Translations, and except as expressly authorized by Client in writing, shall not be divulged or published by eWorld Translations and shall not be authorized by eWorld Translations to be divulged or published by others. Confidential information for purposes of this paragraph shall not include information, which is or becomes available to the general public, provided the disclosure of such information did not result from a breach of this paragraph by eWorld Translations or its suppliers.
