Quality Control

Quality is our primary concern

Our quality management lies within our project management methods. Translations are reviewed and then proofed and edited by a 2nd translator. Edits are discussed amongst both translators and the final version is reviewed by the project manager to assure accuracy and consistency after consulting translators.

Through the years, we have been able to filter out any translators who do not perform to our expectations. Checking business and personal references, examining work history and our actual experience working with the translator is the best way to weed out unprofessional and unreliable individuals.

In order to assure quality control:

All translators use Trados translation memory software
Supervision of translation team by project manager who checks for consistency of terminology during project
Utilizing a quality assurance point person throughout the project
Clients are assigned the same translators for multiple projects whenever possible
